Compass Kazakhstan is one of the subsidiary companies of Compass Group and was established in 2007 operating in Kazakhstan. Our company provides total support service: for catering, hotel services and facilities maintenance to the oil & gas organization – Tengizchevroil in Tengiz and Atyrau. Compass Kazakhstan provides transportation services to Tengizchevroil (TCO) in Tengiz and Atyrau.
Our company provides service at the premises of the Client – TCO using its infrastructure, equipment and tools.
Compass Kazakhstan is comprised of back and front office departments. Front office departments are catering, transportation, and the facilities maintenance and hotel services. Back offices are Purchasing and Warehouse operations, a training Department, IT, HR, Finance, and HSE departments.
Compass Kazakhstan’s goal is a continuous improvement of our level of service provision and our quality management system.
To achieve this goal our company has made the strategic decision to gradually implement QMS in all functional areas of the company.
